The Yucatán Peninsula, located in southeastern Mexico, enjoys a tropical climate, characterized by hot temperatures and distinct wet and dry seasons. Throughout the year, temperatures remain warm, with average minimums ranging from 20°C to 22°C and maximums from 28°C to 34°C. The region experiences a pronounced rainy season from May to October, with rainfall peaking during the months of September and October, where monthly precipitation can reach up to 180 mm.
